How to download a spreadsheet of contest entry data

At any point after a contest has started you can download a spreadsheet of entry data. That data will contain the form field elements you specified in the contest edit form.

To download a spreadsheet of contest entry data:

  1. Business Admins: Log into your admin account, click on 'Contests' in the left navigation
  2. Site Admins: Log into the admin tool, click 'Promotions' > 'Contests' > 'All Contests
  3. Find your contest, click to show options, then click 'View Entries'
  4. On the entries page, you'll see the button 'Download CSV of Contest Entries'
